Who can take part?
This programme is open to established A level Maths teachers who want to deepen their pedagogical understanding. To take part, you must be teaching a current A level Maths group.
It will be especially valuable if you have already completed other A level subject knowledge or pedagogy CPD.

This project is a collaboration between the Maths Hubs Network and the Advanced Mathematics Support Programme (AMSP).
What will you gain?
By taking part, you will:
Help your students develop deeper conceptual understanding of A level Maths
Understand the role of the Overarching Themes (including technology) in effective teaching and learning
See how teaching for mastery principles can be applied in A level classrooms
Strengthen your own and your department’s pedagogical content knowledge
Cost
The Developing A level Pedagogy project is fully funded by the Maths Hubs Programme and the AMSP, making it free for participating schools and colleges.
