BBO Maths Hub is a government-funded Maths Hub serving schools across Buckinghamshire, (Aylesbury Vale is shared with our neighbouring hub, Enigma), Oxfordshire, and parts of Berkshire, including Windsor, Slough, and Maidenhead.

 

We are a collaborative network of teachers, schools, and education professionals dedicated to providing free, high-quality professional development in mathematics. Guided by our vision that every child can achieve and think as a mathematician while in education, and use their numerical and mathematical skills to make a confident contribution to society, we support schools to build strong, research-informed practice that benefits all learners.

 

As part of the national Maths Hub programme, we work to foster sustainable improvements in the teaching and learning of mathematics. Our support spans all phases, from Early Years to Post-16, with a focus on improving pupils’ experiences, attitudes, and outcomes, regardless of background or need.
